Screening of the Film ‘Hone o Horu Otoko (Close to the Bone)’ & Talk by Director Okuma Katsuya and Gushiken Takamatsu

On March 15, 2025, a voluntary organization JIWA-JIWA will organize a screening of the documentary film ‘Hone o Horu Otoko (Close to the Bone)’ and a talk by director Okuma Katsuya and Gushiken Takamatsu, who has continued to recover the bones of the victims.
If the weather permits, there will be an opportunity to discuss with the director Okuma and Gushiken in the yard of the Gallery after the talk.
Date and time: Saturday, March 15, 2025
Check-in opens at 12:30pm, screening starts at 1:00pm (Duration of the film is 115 mins) + talk (scheduled to end at around 4:00pm).
Venue: New Wing Lobby (1F) of the Maruki Gallery for the Hiroshima Panels
Fee: Entrance fee to the Maruki Museum + 1,000 yen (please pay at the check-in counter on the day).
Capacity: 70 people on a first-come, first-served basis.
