We were pleasantly surprised and delighted to receive the news that Nihon Hidankyo, the Japan Confederation of A- and H-Bomb Sufferers Organizations, had been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.

We would like to extend our heartfelt congratulations. We will continue to work together with Hidankyo toward the abolition of nuclear weapons.
