In late March 2023, we suspected a violation of employment regulations by a staff member of the gallery and conducted an investigation by organizing an investigative committee led by an outside attorney.
Subsequently, the Board of Directors dismissed the employee in question on July 18, 2023, after the employee admitted to the facts found during the investigation. We deeply apologize for such an incident.

As part of preventive measures, the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 7, 2024, adopted a set of guidelines and regulations concerning management of cash receipts and disbursements, handling of donations, and handling of grants and other funds from external sources.
